there is word coming out of WWE(rumor wise) that claims WWE officials "do not think Dolph Ziggler will ever be a guy who can draw money".
Due to his big time fan base, and his hard work-ethic as well as in-ring skill. Saying he cannot draw money seems crazy. But interestingly enough, he is often related to Shawn Michaels. Despite HBK being arguably the greatest in-ring talent in WWE history who had all the same things said about him in his time, he was never a good draw for WWE in his prime.
