There Are Two Reasons Behind This: 1) Is That WWE Officials Thinks That Axel Failed and Couldn't Bring Money.
2) His WWE Battleground Opponent R-Truth, He's On The Poster Of The WWE Hell in a Cell 2013 PVV and The Official Promo ,A 41Years Old R-Truth Still Got Some Moves,Plus .. Why He is on The Poster and Promo of WWE Hell in a Cell if He's Not Gonna Win The Title?
