A Texas federal judge dismissed Landmark Technologies LLC’s lawsuit against WWE on Thursday. The suit claimed that WWE’s online shop, WWEShop.com, infringed on two of Landmark’s patents for data processing and computer search systems.
U.S. District Judge Michael H. Schneider issued the final judgment after a round of court-ordered mediation between both parties. There was no mention of a settlement.
