What else can one say about one of the best trios in the WWE. The Shield has been an unstoppable force in the squared circle since they debuted. The trio consist of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns, together they have been one of the best teams that have infiltrated the world of professional wrestling since the NWO.
As of late the team has had some coexisting problems in and out of the ring. All this had led to some great speculation of a Shield split. For the past month or so they have had some on screen disagreements and what seems to be a power struggle within the ranks of the trio. Each member of The Shield can and will do fine as singles competitors. They are all great in there own right.
As reported earlier it looks to be that Roman Reigns will be getting a big push soon. Dean Ambrose alone has held onto the United States Championship for quite some time now. In upcoming months that United States title most likely will be seeing some spotlight time, Will Dean Ambrose stay on top as the champion? Seth Rollins should not have any problem becoming a solo superstar. Seth has that high flying, risk taking side to him that fans love to see.
Last week on Monday night Raw we saw what the wrestling industry calls a face turn with the Shield. The Shields storyline seems to be confusing for the fans. we see some trouble they are having together, and then things seem to be all worked out and they come together.
Although even with the Shields face turn they are still scheduled to break up. As of this week the plan seems to be that Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are going to be forming a heel tag-team. With that in the works also means it is finally time for the big push for Roman Reigns as a babyface singles competitor. This should be a very interesting storyline to follow.
