It has come to our attention that Joanie Laurer, better known as Chyna
in the WWE, has passed away. According to her personal Facebook and
Twitter sites, and confirmed by her managerAnthony Anzaldo, the
45-year-old former WWE wrestler was found dead at her Redondo Beach
home.
TMZ is reporting this as a ‘possible overdose’ due in part to her history of drug use. A friend who had been unable to get a hold of Chyna went to her home and found her unresponsive on her bedroom floor. Prescription bottles were found in her home, and the police say there are no signs of foul play.
We wish everyone who loved Chyna, personally, and as a fan, the best during this time of loss.
