Original Orton Payback Plans
According to The Wrestling Observer, WWE had initially planned Randy
Orton vs Daniel Bryan for the Payback PPV this Sunday, which is why they
teased an Orton heel turn on Smackdown. Sometime in the past week,
however, those plans changed, and WWE decided to go with Orton and Bryan
vs Rollins and Reigns for the Tag Titles.
