According to the Hardcore legend, it seems possible.
Foley was asked at a recent comedy show of his in Boston over the weekend if he thought any current WWE Superstar could be the next Foley. He did not answer it at first, but later on, he went on to say that Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose both could be the next Foley.
While both men have high thresholds for pain and can take a beating, McMahon and Triple H/Stephanie would not allow any Superstar to do the things Foley did back in his time. This cost Foley so much and he can barely walk because of it. He is in pain frequently due to his wrestling past. Ambrose and Wyatt both can be huge stars with WWE. So there is a low chance that they will do the things Foley did. However, if there are spots no one seems to want to take that are safe for a star to do, I'm sure both would step up like Foley to do them.
