RAW was live from Chicago last night and the live crowd was one of the hottest of the year. The lack of CM Punk and their building frustration was voiced throughout the show. Sheamus experienced the crowd firsthand during his match with Christian. After the match Sheamus suffered some minor injuries at the hands of Captain Charisma.
Following his victory over Christian, Sheamus did a backstage interview where he was about to discuss his win. That interview was cut short though when Christian attacked Sheamus, throwing him into the backstage sets. The results of this attack was some nifty circular cuts on the forearm of Sheamus. Following RAW Sheamus took to Twitter to talk about the damage done by Christian.

Although the injuries suffered are nothing major, I’m sure that it was something that Sheamus wasn’t happy to have to deal with.
The injury during the backstage segment capped off a a seemingly frustrating night for Sheamus as well as many other WWE Superstars. The large and very raucous crowd came down hard during some of the matches on RAW. One of the matches that took a lot of heat was the Christian vs. Sheamus bout.
