When asked about his last WWE run on Twitter, Rob Van Dam responded, saying:

As we reported a few days ago, RVD was said to be a bit uninterested. But he never ruled out a return. As we also reported, if RVD does sign back, it'll be during the Wrestlemania build-up. Most likely setting the timetable for a return near the Royal Rumble.
We cannot confirm when he will be back, but it seems we can now confirm that RVD is eyeing a return to WWE.
